The data appears to be on an X/Y plane (like a graph) with coordinates to coincide with the positioning of interest points on the stage. Without further ado, here is a sheet of compiled blastzone information and stage edge data: Unconfirmed as to whether the coordinates are translatable between games, but from looking at the data it appears to be so.
