Both companies are CREDIT check sites so AUYONE trying to access your SIN number and apply for credit will be DENIED.and they will call you DIRECTLY TO ASK IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR CREDIT CHECK
They are and They charge you $6.00 and it PROTECTS YOUR SIN FOR 6 YEARS.so I would highly recommend anyone who has been scammed by this number to do your due diligence and protect yourself. RBC also advised to protect my SIN number by registering with TWO companies in Canada which so for anyone please check both these site out. I called RBC bank to report that I had given my visa and SIN and RBC immediately CANCELLED MY VISA card and luckily no transaction had showed up.What is annoying is that then you have to change your auto payments due and wait for a NEW Visa card but certainly feel that I have done all I can do to protect myself from IDENTITY THEFT. Got a call from 60 Januand the CALLER ID said RevenueĬanada so I did give them information.and then got email JANUsaying I had a refund and to click on link for INTERAC transfer.so I did the first step and then they sent a SECOND email a few minutes later and that is when I became suspicious.so DID NOT CLICK ON SECOND LINK Consider that a gift from me, you pack of crooks.Ĭaller name: CALLER ID SAID REVENU CANADA Hey ARC-if you do have a Canadian office, I expect the RCMP will be paying you a visit very soon. Tell them to take a hike, and report them to your local authorities. These guys have NO legal power over you at all. I've reported them to the CRA, the Vancouver Police, and the RCMP. They are calling people and pretending to be agents of Revenue Canada-which they aren't. They are a bunch of shady crooks that keep changing their business name and are in the process of getting their asses sued off. They aren't a real company-they are low-life criminals. ARC of America is under investigation for a bunch of illegal practices, and they are notorious for chasing people down for very small debts and breaking all kinds of debt collection laws. This is a fake number used by an American Debt Collector (the company is named ARC of America).
